Excellent for lower fat cooking, the cast iron rectangular grill recreates the delicious flavour of seared meat and fish at home. The satin black enamelled interior is robust and durable to withstand higher surface temperatures, whilst the grooves recreate professional seared lines and flavour. Our satin black enamel has excellent easy food release properties, which are enhanced once a natural surface patina develops. Whilst it is not a non-stick surface, once the patina covers the cooking surface the release of foods improves such that little, or no, fats or oils are required for healthier cooking.
The rectangular grill is ideal for: Quickly searing a variety of meat and fish, with a minimum of fat. Grilling brochettes, vegetables and fruit. Gratinating grilled food with Parmesan cheese under the grill. The grill is dishwasher safe (the cast iron doesn't requires seasoning either), slender enough to fit over a single burner on the stovetop or outdoor grill (even induction), and it's super durable with a porcelain-enameled exterior. Plus, the cast iron is great for absorbing and distributing heat evenly. The handles on this new dish have been redesigned for easier grabbing with thick oven mitts, too, and taller ridges keep food away from drippings.

Our delivery charges vary from region to region. For instance, we provide free postage to Peninsular (SM), but for Sabah and Sarawak (SS) and Labuan, there will be specific charges according to the quantity and weight of the products. If your order was from ready stock, we will dispatch your order within 2/3 working days after you have settled your payment in full. If your order was from UK stock or In Transit stock, you will have to wait until your order arrives in Malaysia. When your order is ready, you will receive an SMS or email notification about the arrival of your product. If you have any payment balance/ order dues remaining, you will need to settle the balance in full within agreed 90 days/ 180 days timeframe, so that we can package and send the product to your delivery address. After we receive your payment, we will dispatch your order. If you have already settled your order payment, you can ignore this message.
