We aim to make sure that our customers remain satisfied with their purchases. Our return and refund policies will assist you to file a claim on any product quality issue. So, please read through our Refund and Return policy before you make any product purchase.
The following terms will be applicable to all the products purchased from us. Our product return policies include the manufacturing defects, wrong sizes, color, and damage/ broken products in transit. If your claim falls within these categories, then you may return your purchases by contacting us immediately.
The exclusion of return policy applies to item(s) are advertised as a Grade B or Seconds:
1) Please consider that B-Grade or Seconds items are fully functioning products, but they did not pass through the manufacturer’s high standards of quality control. For this reason, these products may include small aesthetic defects such as minor discolorations, visual imperfections, blemishes, pinholes, or chips.
2) B-Grade or Seconds items could also imply having small mark on the packaging of the product, but the product itself may remain unaffected.
3) We cannot accept any return item(s) for such instances - if you have changed your mind after placing an order, do not like the product or it does not meet your expectations, or you have found the product cheaper somewhere else (as we do not promise any price match guarantee with other vendors and competitors).
Claims for Wrong/Defective Products:
1) Please report issues on wrong items or defective products within 24 hours upon receiving your order. Our customer service team will assist you and handle the claim if your purchase or order falls within our return policy.
2) We will require you to send several claim images of the products received from various angles that clearly show the product defects and also the original shipping label that will help verify your claim.
3) We will replace your item(s) as per your desired resolution. In cases, if we cannot replace your item, we will refund you in full through the original payment method that you used to make your purchase.
4) The return item(s) must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging including (if any) booklet, accessories, and gift. Any purchases that have been used or are not in their original packaging will not be replaced or refunded even if your claim is valid.
5) If our customer service team verifies and accepts your claim, then you can ship the item(s) back to us. To return, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Returning Defective Merchandise:
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Please note that, you are responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using tracking numbers to insure your package is returned to us safely. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Approving Return and Issuing Refund:
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Within a reasonable period of time, we will surely inform you whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days according to the payment plan or method that you had originally selected. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, so any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
